Build Muscle Memory with WagSwag: A KCS Training Simulator

Adopting KCS in a support desk environment can be tricky. The pattern never changes: teams understand the concepts in training, then struggle to apply them when actual tickets land in their queue.

The problem isn’t knowledge, it’s muscle memory.

That’s why I built WagSwag, a hands-on KCS simulator where support agents practice the Solve Loop with realistic tickets in a completely safe environment.

Why It Works

Pilots don’t learn by reading a manual and then flying a 747 with passengers. They spend hundreds of hours in simulators first. Support organizations? We throw agents into the queue after a 2-day workshop and hope for the best.

WagSwag is that simulator. Full help desk environment – 120 tickets, 110 articles, AI coach providing real-time feedback as you work. It catches KCS moments as they happen:

  • Searched but didn’t link the article? Coach explains why.
  • Created new content when one already existed? Coach highlights the findability problem.
  • Resolved without capturing? Coach reminds you about knowledge loss.

Plus a manager dashboard tracking the metrics that matter: link rates, search success, content health, workflow bottlenecks.

Try it Out Yourself!

Open a ticket. Search for a solution. Link an article. Or solve the ticket and let AI generate a new article. You can go into the Knowledge base and view, edit, flag, or archive articles. Jump into the Dashboard and look at some KPIs.

Give it a shot! Contact me if you have any feedback.

Thanks!
